To integrate your bot with PhoneMyBot you first need to become familiar with the management of the PhoneMyBot services and make sure that they are configured according to your needs.
The first step is to get a PhoneMyBot account. Go to https://www.phonemybot.com/cloud/en/signup and fill in the required fields. The PhoneMyBot team will send a verification email to your address and you’ll be on your way to using PhoneMyBot.
The initial free trial lasts 15 days, please contact us to establish a full account.
Once you have started a trial or with a full account, as you log into PhoneMyBot you see your dashboard. It is a collection of utilities that lets you manage your PhoneMyBot account and activities. The dashboard looks like this.
Here you see the activity on your channels and your speech services at a glance.
Channels are the interface between a source of speech and PhoneMyBot. This could be a trial (shared) telephone number, a dedicated telephone number, a SIP trunk. Channels carry real-time, live speech.
While channels and chatbots work on a per-session basis, PhoneMyBot speech services implement specialized processes to help conversational AI applications in the interaction with their users. Services are not connected with a particular chatbot or channel but they can be called at any time from an API endpoint, or using WhatsApp.
The menu on the left side lets you navigate through the configuration of your PhoneMyBot services, get help, and access your reporting and statistics. Look around this wiki to find information about all of these pages.
