For inbound communication PhoneMyBot is priced per-minute. Calls are metered and billed at the beginning of each minute. So the duration is rounded up to the full minute - for example a call lasting 2 minutes and 48 seconds is billed as 3 minutes.
Companies with a formal partnership agreement with Interactive Media, reselling PhoneMyBot services to their customers, are entitled to a discount. Please contact us if you are interested.
PhoneMyBot can be used to place outbound calls, for campaigns driven by the connected chatbots. Pricing for outbound service is divided in:

In all cases, Inbound and Outbound, we count the minutes in each month and bill you for the total.
PhoneMyBot provides an API to transcribe voice messages, or interfaces directly with WhatsApp to receive chat messages with voice payload. It provides the service to transcribe voice messages that users record as part of the conversation.
We charge for each message (a small amount), with a voice message defined as being up to 15 seconds in duration. If a message surpasses 15 seconds in duration, and for each 15-seconds interval thereafter, it is billed again as a new message. For instance if a message is 25 seconds long it is billed as 2 full messages.
If the chatbot wants to continue the conversation on WhatsApp with attached voice files, it can use the corresponding PhoneMyBot API, sending a text message that PhoneMyBot transform into speech (using the correct language and a selected voice).
Generated voice messages are also charged by message (an even smaller amount), with one message defined as being 15 seconds in duration. This corresponds to about 250 characters of a written text, depending on the language and the selected voice. As for transcription, if the voice version comes out longer than 15 seconds, it is billed in multiple increments.
