ΒΆ Zenvia
To integrate with PhoneMyBot a chatbot that is based on Zenvia, log-in to the PhoneMyBot Control Panel and select the 'chatbot' page.
Then you can select 'NEW CHATBOT' and choose 'Zenvia' as chatbot vendor by clicking on the logo as the pop-up appears:
You can set the service parameters as explained in the supported chatbots page, while the integration parameters necessary to communicate with the Zenvia platform are:
- The bot URL
- Your authentication token
- The trigger message
You should contact Zenvia directly if you don't have these parameters handy.
