Of course, PhoneMyBot also integrates natively with Interactive Media's own conversational AI platform, Omnia. To integrate with PhoneMyBot a chatbot that is based on Omnia, you need to log-in first to the PhoneMyBot Control Panel and select the 'chatbot' page.
Click on 'NEW CHATBOT' and choose Omnia / MIND as chatbot vendor by clicking on the logo:
The service parameters to set to start using your chatbot are:
- the bot name (it could be any)
- your bot URL
- the security token provided by Omnia
