ΒΆ Chatlayer.ai
To integrate with PhoneMyBot a chatbot that is based on Chatlayer.ai, you need to log-in first to the PhoneMyBot Control Panel and select the 'chatbot' page.
Then you can select 'NEW CHATBOT' and chose 'Chatlayer.ai' as chatbot vendor by clicking on the logo:
This brings up the configuration screen in which you can set the parameters to connect your Chatlayer.ai based bot with your PhoneMyBot channel. The screen looks like this.
To fill in the parameters, go to your Chatlayer.ai portal and copy them from your account and bot configuration. You should use Webhook to communicate with PhoneMyBot: if it's not already configured, click on + to open the configuration.
The screen to configure Webhook on Charlayer.ai is this:
Use the URL generated by Chatlayer.ai as the Channel ID in the PhoneMyBot configuration.
The PhoneMyBot Webhook URL to configure in the channel is https://bot-listener.phonemybot.com.
Enter the token that PhoneMyBot has generated for you when you created your account in the Webhook Verify Token field.
Finally, go to the Token menu in Chatlayer.ai's main screen and copy the token you find there into the correspondent field of the PhoneMyBot configuration.
Click on SET and you are done, now go call your Chatlayer bot.
