ΒΆ Inbenta
To integrate with PhoneMyBot a chatbot that is based on Inbenta, you need to log-in first to the PhoneMyBot Control Panel and select the 'chatbot' page.
Then you can select 'NEW CHATBOT' and choose 'Inbenta' as chatbot vendor, by clicking on the logo as the pop-up appears:
The integration parameters necessary to communicate with the Inbenta platform are:
- The language code. Several languages are available.
- The Inbenta key
- The Inbenta secret
- The user type (optional). The Inbenta platform allows for differentiated processing based on the value of this parameter, but depending on your chatbot logics, this may not be necessary.
