PhoneMyBot extends the capabilities of your chatbot and enables it to conduct business over voice. With PhoneMyBot, your customers can make a phone call and engage in a voice conversation with your chatbot. But they can also send recorded voice messages as attachment to WhatsApp messages, and your chatbot can process them and respond in kind. And all this is minimum (if not null) effort on your part.
PhoneMyBot transcribes what your customers say and sends it as text to your chatbot, then takes the text in your chatbot’s response and reads it back to them.
Even though PhoneMyBot is packed with feature to make it more effective for your chatbot to use the voice channels, it doesn't decide what to say to your customers. Your chatbot does. Your chatbot also controls the call, and can terminate it, forward it to a human agent, even place a call.
PhoneMyBot integrates natively with a growing number of chatbot platforms using their APIs. If you are using one of them, there is potentially nothing that a you need to do to use PhoneMyBot. If not, PhoneMyBot's API is simple and integration is straightforward.
